The Certificate 3 Guarantee supports eligible individuals to complete their first post-school Certificate III level qualification and increase their skills to move into employment, re-enter the workforce or advance their career. Smart and Skilled is a reform of the NSW Government. Under Smart and Skilled the NSW Government contributes to the cost of each course with the student paying the balance. Eligibility criteria apply.
