While our campus in Lismore is closed, our amazing trainers and students across the Northern Rivers have pivoted to external and online learning. Today we’re sharing some of the brilliant happenings in our Early Childhood Education and Care space.
Lisa Benton our Lismore ECEC trainer has been out and about visiting students and making sure they’re well supported. Whether it’s onsite practical assessment for Diploma students or popping in to see her class at Bunjum Ballina, Lisa has been a busy bee.
Most recently, her Certificate III students Virginita & Epifania celebrated a well-earned graduation. With English as a second language, they were both nervous yet determined to build a brand-new career. Needless to say, their hard work has paid off!
Epifania shares, “Thank you so much to our wonderful and very helpful teacher Ma’am Lisa Benton for your big help, you always available for us when we need help… rain or shine just so we could finish our assessment. Thanks also to all staff members of ACE Colleges Lismore. You’re all amazing.”
This ongoing mentoring from our expert training team + pure dedication from our students has meant that studies can continue, despite the challenges faced over the last few months. To our Lismore community & beyond – you inspire us! Keep going.
