Description
Create your own collection of stunning oil paintings to take home, frame, and cherish. Working from printed images, you’ll learn to paint everyday objects with realistic detail, mastering techniques to capture light and shadow and bring your subjects to life. You will also be shown a simple way to accurately mix any colour that you need for your projects.
This course runs for two sessions, over two consecutive weeks at our Lismore campus.
TRAINER
Artist Harry Westera has enjoyed a life long love for art and will be delivering this course. Harry is originally trained in still life and portraits in oil painting. He has delivered several popular workshops at ACE and is thrilled to return, passing on the wonderful knowledge and skills that others have taught him.
MATERIALS
All materials and equipment such as paints, brushes, palette, canvases, solvent etc. are provided at an additional $30 fee (payable to the trainer on the first day of class).
