TRAINER
Toni Zuscke is originally from Melbourne, growing up in a wonderful multicultural community in the Western suburbs’ town of Williamstown. She learnt to cook at a early age, exploring a variety of cultural dishes inspired by her classmates’ families.
When she arrived in Murwillumbah in 1993 she decided to grow all her own herbs and source local Asian supermarkets for the ingredients that she needed to create authentic tasting Asian food at home.
Since then, Toni has been on a mission to learn about and cook Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Japanese and Korean foods for family and friends. This passion for food eventually led her into the ACE kitchen as a trainer.
“I always look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with likeminded people who love great tasting food! This really is a fun class, where everyone learns so much. Plus, our favourite part is always dining together at the end, sharing the meal we have prepared with new friends.”
