ACE Community Colleges is relaunching its education, training & studio spaces in Lismore’s CBD.
Renovation of the Magellan Street Campus has been long awaited by ACE Management and Board.
The project was given the green light late in 2019 triggered by a combination of the brand’s business growth and the support of $71,875 from the Department of Education and Training as part of the NSW Adult and Community Education (ACE) Infrastructure Maintenance Grants Program.
“We are beyond excited about the College rebuild and renovation. The new student learning and training spaces are brilliant. I also see the entire project adding new energy and possibility to the CBD heart of Lismore”, said ACE Colleges CEO & Principal Kerry Johnson.
It’s been a huge project and a real joy to work with local trades and suppliers who have powered this project forward – everyone from builders, painters, electricians, air conditioning installers and cabinet makers are local to Lismore. We are in the final 5 weeks of work. Stay connected for updates and details of the launch event”.
Here’s a little known fact to share – ACE Community Colleges was established in 1972 right here in Lismore. 48 years and growing strong. |
