Trainers Required to Inspire Lives & Change Futures

ACE Community Colleges in partnership with Bounce Australia is seeking Contract Trainers to deliver a tailored training program across the Southern Brisbane region and Gold Coast, Queensland commencing mid-February 2019.

ACE are Community Colleges redefining careers, changing outlooks and empowering positive futures. Bounce Australia focuses on building the skills careers, confidence and lives of those wanting to make a fresh start and providing a clear path for those who need it most.

About the program
This program is an individualised and innovative program of communication and life skills which is contextualised to FSK20113 Certificate II in in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways. Trainers will be trained to deliver this unique program focusing on topics such as motivation, goal setting, self-esteem and confidence building and coaching.

To be successful in these positions
Trainers will need to have experience in coaching or mentoring, be able to quickly build relationships with people from varying backgrounds, knowledge of the disadvantages being faced by job seekers and be proactive in helping people achieve their goals.

Must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Highly Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· TAESS00009A Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skills Set
· Experience as a Trainer and Assessor
· Current Blue Card
· Qualification at a Diploma level
